Orders are delivered with DHL and will require a signature on delivery.

 

Once your order has left us and is with DHL, will contact you via SMS and/or email to track your order and let you know when to expect your delivery.

We accept no liability for late deliveries due to unforeseen issues with third party delivery companies.

Taxes and duties

 

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Please ensure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.   

 

VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.

 

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Tracking

 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. 

 

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow its progress online. 

 

If you are a registered customer, you can also follow the progress of your order by signing into your account and selecting ‘My orders’.

PO boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Signing for your purchase

 

You can rest assured that we’ll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchased product, we will happily refund the cost of that item. The item must be returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of receipt. 

 

To begin the returns process contact us at concierge@iamnobilis.com with your name, address and order number. We will send a returns labels (not pre-paid) and any nessassary paperwork such as a pre-filled customs / commercial returns invoice (EU and rest of world)

​We advise returning the item to I am Nobilis using a ‘signed-for’ insured service.

Please note, we cannot cover the cost of any return shipping costs, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty or incorrect. If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please first contact us at concierge@iamnobilis.com

Receiving a refund

 

Your refund will be to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.

 

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ‘I am Nobilis’. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any postage, custom and duties charges that your return may incur.

Our returns policy

 

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. This also includes all packaging and dust bag. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
