My experience with British Airways covers projects and initiatives over the past 20 years. The most notable examples include ‘Espace’, the complete on-ground experience worldwide and ‘Well-being in the Air’ in-flight health programme. These projects included global strategies, consumer insight, flight audits, passenger experience, cabin interiors, lounge consultation, global signage strategies and in-flight ‘well-being’ movie.
